Should a cheater be trusted?

I have a very hard time with entertaining the idea. Cheating is the ultimate in disrespect to me. It's a violation of trust--and trust is BIG in relationships. Now I'm not saying I couldn't forgive...I totally believe in forgiving peoples' mistakes...but there is no way I could trust them again.
