Derek is Peyton's half brother. Her biological dad was with another woman before Ellie, I think. The Derek you saw on the previews for next week's episode last night was not her brother. He's just some psycho pretending to be her brother because he has an obsession with Peyton. Her real brother is black and away in the Marines.

derek is patons half brother....Do u remeber that crazy boi, pretending to be patons brother, well he was a fake...and they found the real Derek, and yea its her half brother

Derek is Payton's "older brother" but he really isn't
hes really a stalker and has pictures of Payton all over his wall
and he's really jelous of her and Lukas
and he's tries to kill her but Lucas saves her
