I'd post my name, but you'd never be able to pronounce it. I'm 23 years old and my name has been mispronounced EVERY way it could have been. BUT, I LOVE my name. I'm glad I wasn't Brittney T. or Jessica T. or any other top 100 name. I HATE over-used names. Harlow is a really cute name, I think. I picked the name Amelia for my daughter because it was SO low on the Top 100 that I didn't think there would be very many girls her age with the name. UNTIL the new Top 100 came out and the name had jumped nearly 40 spots. So, while I still love my daughter's name, and didn't want to change my mind even after learning that, it still bothers me that there is a possibility that she will be in a class with several girls with the same name. It's called originality and not being just another face/name in the crowd. It's not blending in and being "normal". Why on EARTH would you want to be JUST LIKE everyone else?

I really like the imagination you placed in your kids heart from birth.I guess there is a little piece of every mom that wish she had the heart to do such a thing.How ever did you take in account how they may be discriminated against on paper IE.(college or employment applications?)Never the less I am a mother of a 12yr old boy and he has no idea how close he came to being named Quiet Storm or Maximilian.I chickened out and settled for Cameron.I wish you and your wonder full children a very fun filled and happy year.

I like Moon Unit. (Frank Zappa's daughter). How about an old fashioned southern name that adds Mae to everything.
Judy Mae, Bessie Mae, Hettie Mae. Truly awful.
