Every Monday, a new episode, most of the time. NBC. 9/8 central at night, after "Deal or No Deal". Local channels, even without cable. Check the newspaper, if you should. Pretty sweet series!!!

Heroes comes on your local NBC Station first run and on Sci Fi for repeats

NBC is where new episodes air. Check you local listing for which station is NBC in your area.
If you have cable, they show reruns on Scifi, a subsidiary of NBC.
