I am sorry for both of you - you because you got hurt, him because he did not value you enough to count the cost too high. From the financial perspective divorce may not be the best choice. I have chosen to live as a room mate with my spouse for the same reason.
The thing about marriage is that even if the love goes away it is a commitment not just to each other but to the children also. Yes, biblically you have the right to divorce but I have not found many situations that the kids did not pay a price that I could not inflict on mine. Keep praying for him and the kids (a side benefit is that your relation will be less rocky) because investing your concern helps keep the perspective correct. (Not to mention that G-D listens).

Well my mother is christian and has us 3 kids well were grown up and only 2 of us are over 18. She got a divorce because the love was gone and that spark was gone. So you can divorce a man and it would be alright. He may have been the one in your youth years but he was not the one for growing old with. Its hard but it is for the best. If you stay with him you would be living a lie and a depressing life im sure you'd rather be happy than be depressed til death. Hope you the best.

Well the first thing you need to answer is How old are your children? Second,Do you think it is worse for your children to live in a home with two parents that can't stand each other ( you think your children don't know, your wrong!!! Third, If he has been unfaithful before, it will happen again. Do you want to live that way? There is a saying, a Leopard can cover its spots, but, eventually they are going to show back up. If he is not interested in getting any kind of help. Then he has already announced it's over.

I do not think that cheating is ever ok and would have never stayed in the marriage. The kids only suffer when there in no love between the parents. Please get a some help for yourself and if divorce is the answer then move forward with that for both you and the kids.

Jesus says, "Divorce is forbidden, EXCEPT IN THE CASE OF ADULTERY.' Know your bible, and don't follow leaders.
