Great question. I still think we should have some laws about not getting into little snits people have around the world. Our "involvement" almost always gets us in some sort of trouble later on.

Well US always do that, sell the weapons first then, make sure they use those weapons in order to sell them more in future, and this been done as, either go to war with that nation for some ridicules reason or set other country up to do the job. WHY do you think, terrorism started, they're all fed up with this.
Til US doesn't quite intefering with other worlds affairs, specialy, stealling OIL, this will never ends.

well im not sure about Mandela the other 3 have though.. but they they also all received weapons from Russia/former USSR
