being trustworthy means being worthy of having trust. simple. if a friend is trustworthy, they won't tell secrets when told or lie to you.

trustworthy to me means someone who isn't going to tell the world your business or stab you in the back, and you can count on to be there when needed.

friends family letting go i also think of fear sometimes its scary letting someone in and trusting espeaciall if you've been hurt before.
