What if light is nothing more than a wave that when it comes in contact with photons it activates the photons?
In another aspect, could it mean the wave might be pushing photons which is what gives the light we see?

How can we possibly know there are photons if photons don't have mass? Sounds more like we don't have the skills to measure photons yet.
