Does the Netgear DG834PN support WDS? If so how do I configure WDS on it?

No, most routers can not be used as repeaters or access points, which is a requirement for WDS.
And also to setup a WDS network you would require more then one Access Point...

The DG834PN does not support WDS. If you want WDS support you'll need a WG602.
In theory the greater range of the DG834PN means that there is less need for any kind of repeater mode.

you need to get the HAT in order for this to work.
