What do you think of other 'men' who flash themselves at children?

Well I honestly think they should be put in jail for a few months after being severely beaten, I really do think that is a fair punishment.

I have a daughter but my answer wouldn't change. I think it should be criminal and it is. If I saw someone performing such an act I would make a citizen's arrest after kicking their exposed area. It is part of a sexual pathology that may not be curable. They must be kept from society and jail fills that need.

When my daughter was 13 a man flashed her and a friend, she came home [ a few blocks] and told me I asked "what did you do"
"We laughed and ran"

They're sick and need help. Something must've happened in their past, as this isn't normal. It's so sad they don't realize the far-reaching repercussions of their actions.
