I've got cats and they seem to be mostly right-pawed. I've seen them try to pick things up (like food bits) with the left paw but they usually drop it faster and don't have as much control. They also seem to usually use the right paw when they poke their 'hand' into the water bowl.

I actually have continuously opinioned that cats are left-exceeded by technique of genetics. The left isn't their strong area, notwithstanding the left paw will be what they swat and probe with at the same time as their 3-legged stance is able to uncoil. observing the finished cats also, they are going to lead into the strike with the left paw.

Now that you mention it, my schnauzer is a south paw. I really haven't noticed which the other dog is.
