txt msgs are 10 cents sent or recieved.. no matter what time of the day... unless you have a txt package.. then it will take it from that..
they have txt msg plans for 15 dollars you get unlimited verizon to verizon.. and 1000 to anyone who dosent have verizon... they havve cheaper ones.. and more.. you can go to www.vzw.com

no matter what time it is text messages do cost money unless u have that certain plain i can't remember the name of it but yes u do get charge for texing no matter what time or day

no. the rate is the same all the time. txts to verizon and from verizon customers are "IN" and are free to you.
