Target sells portable baby baths. You can always give a baby a sponge bath while you are traveling. If you are staying at a hotel you can fill the tub, get in with the baby supporting head and back and wash the baby that way. But make sure that you are not alone and some one will help you wash the baby and take him out. They are slippery when wet and it can be dangerous if you are alone, but they love to bathe in a big tub with adults. Other than that babies don’t need to get bathed every day, just make sure you wash the diaper area at least once a day, and you can do that in a public bathroom, mall bathrooms are cleaner than gas station ones.

You can take a bath with your baby, which is fun and relaxing.
Or you can do what my mom did before infant tubs: you can place a couple of hotel towels in the bottom of the bathtub to make it a soft surface, and put about 1-2" of water in the bottom. Lay the baby softly on his/her back, and you're good to go.
This actually works fairly well - I've done it with mine, and it's quick and easy.
I never liked sink bathing. I'm sure it's great if it works for you, but I've always found it awkward.

Get a rag & clean her off or if there is a regular bath tub you can sit her in that,if the baby isn't too young or too little.

You could just wipe your infant down with a warm (slightly soapy)cloth. Then wipe over again with cloth to rinse soap off.
Obviously make sure you are in a warm room, where there is no wind and get your child dressed again quickly afterwards.
Or just use bathroom basin as suggested by first answer. That is the easiest way.

Fold up a bathtowel and put it in the kitchen sink. Then put warm water in the sink, and hold the baby carefully while you give the bath. Keep in mind that soapy babies are VERY slippery!!!

Bathroom sink .. as the previous answer said .. or try this:
Hold the baby close to your body in your arms - with the baby's body being vertical, and stand in the shower with the baby. It is an excellent way in my experience.

I just take a shower with the baby. Be sure to hold on tight- under the armpits or between the legs, because they are very slippery when wet!

my mother in law is a baby pro, my son messed himself at her house and she picked him right up, took him to the bathroom sink, took a huge towel, put half of it in the water for comfort and left half out to put him on when you pull him out. or you could always take him in the tub with you, if your baby loves the water as much as mine does, he'll have a blast!!
