Here are the Dutch references that come to mind:
Dutch treat = pay your own way
in Dutch = in trouble
Dutch Rub = sore arm
Dutch Schultz = 1920's gangster
Dutch Uncle = a person who issues frank and severe comments and criticism to educate, encourage, or admonish someone, often with benevolent intent, as an elder relative or uncle would.
Dutch Boy = Paint Company
Dutch Over = pulling the bedding over your head and your significant other's as well before letting go with a nasty fart.

Going dutch is a phrase referring to when a man & woman go out for dinner together, but pay seperately

it's short for "going Dutch treat" which, as others have pointed out, means each person pays their own way (as opposed to a date where the asker pays for everything).

WHAT I'VE ALWAY HEARD THAT GOING DUTCH MEANS:

EVERYBODY PAYS FOR THE TAB FOR THEMSELF.

ON A DATE THE PERSON WHO ASKED A PERSON OUT PAYS THE BILL. IF YOU GO DUTCH TREAT EACH PERSON PAYS THEIR OWN TAB.
GOOD QUESTION
