Asexual does not fit.
Eukaryote, prokaryote and single - celled fit becuase they call all refer to each other and hence are in the same area of subject. For example, a single celled cell could be prokaryote. Prokaryote is single celled The three words are all about cells.

Asexual. I just studied this chapter in my biology class and a cell can be a eukaryote, prokaryote, or single-celled, but asexual was not mentioned in conjunction with these.

I'm a little rusty on Biology but I do remember that eukaryotes are multicellular and prokaryotes are single-celled but RARELY multicellular.
I guess "asexual" is the one that doesn't belong.
