i have a basketball game in a couple hours, and i'm hungry. what should i eat that will help me perform my best?

Eat normal just dont stuff your self.

Eat either pasta (sphagetti or such) or pancakes with butter and syrup. Drink lots of water before the game.

Avoid eating cabbages. I ate cabbages 4 hours before game time and my stomach felt very heavy. I can't jump, I can't run.
