Okay so I know that probably sounds like a really weird question to ask but my has seemed to longer like me. The last couple of days I had ideas flying around non-stop but didn't take the time to write them down. Now they're all gone. It's like I'm lost my muse/inspiration and I'm despartely trying to get it back. How do you find inspiration for fiction writing?

give yourself an assignment. like in school. and you have to get it done and turn it in. to yourself. it works!
in fact, I am going to give you an assignment right now. Your task is to write a first person account of the most amazing thing that has happened to you yet. I want detail! Colors, scents, time of day, shadows, feelings, people. Descriptions galore! Make me feel like I am there with you because your words are so descriptive.
Get busy!

Many times. It makes me ill, forgetful, lazy, agitated, etc.

You need to start writing--now. If you're in a "block" just write anything that comes to your mind--at least the creative juices will start flowing again.

Maybe you should voice-record your ideas when you get them. I don't know how much a device to do that would cost--but it might be well worth it. I've also lost many a trend of thought because I didn't have time to write it down.

Good luck. Hope it all comes back to you.

No, you are always the hero of your brain's story...unless you go in for anti-heros.
