Try using a self tanner on your legs. Do not apply it to your knees. It may take a few applications to get your legs the color as your knees.

To keep your knees from getting tan, apply sunscreen to your knees in the morning, before you get dressed.

I hope this helps. My daughters play on a soccer team and they only get a tan from where their shorts end to where their soccer socks start. It looks pretty funny, but they don't care. They love to play soccer.

I would suggest using Dove Energy Glow. It's a lotion you can use every day with a small amount of self tanner. I would try it and apply it to your legs, but of course not your knees.

Within a few days of using it, you'll see a difference. I love to use it to give myself a little color...I'm really pale!

You can wear sweat pants in gym. At least at the high school I attended you could. Try that or you can wear long shorts. If that doesn't work knee pads. Other then that I'm out of ideas.

wear pants. it is january.

try a self tanner and skip your knee area. Remember it takes time to change your skin color.

Next summer put a higher SPF sunscreen on your knees
