Shrink DVD cannot always copy encrypted movies. Try using Slysoft. It works great.

I have DVD shrink too and by now it hardly does any of the new movies anymore. NONE of the Disney movies will even encrypt, but the older movies (non-disney) will burn ok. My theory is that the makers of these dvds are putting stuff on their dvds that makes them un-burnable. They are coming up with new technology to stop us from having things like I have, like huge books of burned movies that I own now...hehe. I love it. Anyway, check to see if DVD Shrink has any updates available. If they don't, you'll have to try some new devices.
