Anyone could steal a simple formula like this one. But what about the theory behind it ? And the other monumental ideas and theories of Einstein ? Are they claiming he stole them too ? Then he must have stolen volumes of virtually un-understandable material; because there were very few who understood Relativity in the beginning.

Actually, Einstein invented "emk" (E = mc^2) which led him to postulate splitting the beer atom.
There is a movie made in the 80's that reveals this little known part of Einstein's life. Do a web search for "Young Einstein." Get it, watch it, be enlightened by it, you will enjoy it. :)

It's possible that the original work that suggested it was not his. It's probably documented somewhere. But that's how things work in science - you don't have to be the first one there, just the first to explain and apply it to something useful. Many of the things currently attributed by the media to Einstein were the products of his contemporaries. But his contributions to physics were incredible. Relativity, quantum mechanics, thermodynamics, electrodynamics - there's not much he didn't contribute to significantly.

Actually, that is not true. However, there is mounting evidence that the theory of relativity was actually the work of Einstein's wife. She was also a very bright physicist and published many of her theories as his.

That's not even a myth--the only people who repeat that nonsense are neo-Nazis who hate Jews and are stupid enough to think they can "discredit" Einstein because he was born Jewish.
