get on www.babycenter.com and sign up with them. They will send you an email every week telling you what is happening with your baby at this stage of development, even after your baby is born. I loved to read about what my baby might be doing, and it answered a lot of questions I had along the way.

during the last 4 weeks, it can grow as much as a pound a week. Earlier in the gestation, It might only grow a fraction of an ounce a week. from 6-9 months is when baby does most of its growing.

It depends on which week it is. During the first trimester, weight gain can be measured in grams, it is so very little. During the last few months, babies can grow by ounces in just a week.

I'm not sure about when your early in your pregnancy, but at the end around 37-40 weeks i believe its a pound a week.
