Alright everyone heres what I GOt:

Pentium D Smithfiel 2.6GHZ OC to 3.55GHZ (LGA 775)
Thermaltake Big Typhoon Heatsink
4GB DDR2 667 5300 Ram
Nvidia 7950GT Superclock
80GB Western Digital 8mb Cahce 7200RPM (System HD)
250GB Western Digital 16mb Cache 7200RPM (Gaming HD)
300GB Western Digital 16mb Cache 7200RPM (Entertainment HD)

I guess my question is. Is there going to be a new Intell CPU that will use Pentium D Power Levels and fit Pentium D boards or should i buy a new board and CPU, but then this i means i need new ram, because hardly any Core 2 Duo boards use 667 ram.

The Nforce4 boards are retired now. Only a few support the newer cpus. Yours is pretty limited. http://www.gigabyte.com.tw/Support/Motherboard/CPUSupport_Model.aspx?ClassValue=Motherboard&ProductID=1916&ProductName=GA-8N-SLI%20Pro
But it's not that bad. And with that extreme overclocking you are doing, probably running fairly close to the speed of a Core 2. You might want to wait a little longer until the computer can't keep up anymore with what you do.

You can pretty well guess that newer (bigger, better, faster) translates to more cash in their pocket . Since the very beginning there is always something coming down the pike that will declare your pride and joy obsolete. Chances are you will need that new MOBO with the new CPU and memchips to fit the newer slots. It is possible with this next leap in techno your 677 chips will still work but....?

You already have a good system.

I would leave well enough alone for a few months and see what hits the market down the road.
