What's the lowest-priced movie downloading site?

I can't find This Movie Is Not Yet Rated on either Limewire or Morpheus, and I'd like a quicker option than Netflix anyway. Is there a site (preferably free) that has a good selection, including Indie movies? If there isn't a free site, what's the lowest-priced one with unlimited downloads per month? Oh, and I tried Ares but couldn't figure out how to use it.
