Most viruses are easily removed with antivirus programs, just make sure you have the most up to date virus definitions. When asking for help for a specific virus is a requirement to provided the name of the virus detected or the symptoms of the virus. If your AV program isn't getting rid of the virus sometimes if you scan while your computer is running in safe mode (hit f8 repeatedly when you first start up the computer) it may be able to fix your problem.
An online virus scan can be found at http://housecall.trendmicro.com/

There are a couple of things you can try..
Try downloading some free trail periods of Norton and Mcafee.
Search for Trend Micro and it will scan your computer for free.
But another free program is from Microsoft.com, it's called Windows Defender, this program will scan your computer for spyware and is a free download.
Once you find and get rid of the virus/infaction, search your computer for updates on the Microsoft.com WindowsUpdate.
