I don't think so.
Overall, Liverpool performance is not stable.
Sometimes, Liverpool play very well when he meet strong teams like Man Untd and Chelsea.
But, in the other hand, Liverpool can easily lost to weak teams.

English Premier League Champion must be those team with stable performance all the times like Man Utd and Chelsea.

Furthermore, there are only 14 matches left for this 2006-2007 season.
Liverpool are 11 points behind Man Utd.
From statistic point, it is possible for Liverpool to win EPL.
But, in practical, it is diificult for Liverpool due to unstable performance.

Let's begin saying that liverpool has one of the best manger from spain. He was the one who made history when he, managing valencia, won the spanish La liga title before Liverpool bought him. something special about it was that they were trailing 6points from the leader with less than 10 matches to go. However , Liverpool are 11 points behind leaders Manchester United. Home matches against Arsenal and Man U are NOT smooth sailing. Just look at Liverpool's defeat at the FA and League Cup to Arsenal. Both matches were played at home. This season is not possible....maybe a few seasons later.

With 14 games left, mathematically, it is possible. Practically, Liverpool is a very inconsistent team. Man U is on top form, and Chelsea is still a threat. Arsenal is better than Liverpool, but I think the title will be between Man U or Chelsea, but that depends on how many points both team are going to lose in the last 14 games.

as a Liverpool fan, i don't see any chance for them to win the Premiership this season, the race is still a two horse race between Manchester United & Chelsea, unless both teams slip up dramatically.

It could be possible. Even it's maybe kind of hard, if you look at Man Utd and Chelsea performance.

But I'm pretty sure that they're gonna win the European Champions League.

It is posiible, remember that arsenal and man u have to vidit Anfield. We are in a great run and if you remember last season that run continued in roughly the same manner as now. 14 games left - 42 points - 11 behind man u. Very possible. Read Benitez's bio to see how many tiitles he manufactured in this fashion.

Keep believing!

Rafa Benitez has done it at Valencia. Trailing Real Madrid by 9 points with 14 games to play, they were crowned champions at the end of the season with 7 points to spare.
