the batteries run out really fast and sometimes it just won't turn on or won't turn off....it's driving me crazy..i've only had it for a few weeks.got it on christmas...is something wrong with it?? is there a certain battery that you need for it??

it's a kodak C743

You need to get rechargeable batteries and a battery charger. Mine does the same thing. Batteries don't last long. A good idea is to put two extra ones in your camera case. If you are out taking pictures and you batteries go dead, you have extra ones.

Thats the same camera that i have && you usually have to get the kodak rechargable batteries && charge it up for about 4 hours befor you can use it realy well

Rechargeable batteries last a lot longer in my digital camera than regular. Cameras do run batteries down a bit faster than other things.

I have some Duracell Power Pix batteries that hold a nice charge. Most digital camera require rechargeable batteries but these Duracells work good.

LOL....I was getting ready to say 2 C batteries until I reached the last sentence! Sorry, for your Kodak I wouldn't know.

digi cams use lots of batteries..invest in some rechargable ones and a charger
