I have a level six ranger with 2 melee weapons as his chosen combat style. do I get four attacks (two offhand attacks and two lead attacks from my base attack bonus of +6/+1) when I attack as a full action?

when performing an attack of oppurtunity, do I hit multiple times?

the player manual does not specify, and my DM doesn't want to give me and my stupid dual-wielding fighter friend an unfair advantage.

You get 2 attacks with your primary weapon and 1 attack with the weapon in your other hand.

You only get 1 attack of opportunity.

I'm sorry--you're right about getting the 2nd offhand attack because of the feat that says you can. Generally speaking, 3rd edition rules tend to go with, "If the rules don't say you can do something, then you can't." so since the Attacks of Opportunity rules say "one attack" (pp 137-138) and neither the 2-weapon fighting rules nor the ranger feats tell you can make more than one attack of opportunity, it would follow that you can't do it. You may be able to convince your GM to let you take the attack of opportunity without the 2-weapon penalty, though, since the PH also doesn't say that the penalty applies to attacks of opportunity. Alternately, you may be able to persuade your GM to let you take 2-weapon attack of opportunity as a home-grown feat, or you may be able to find it in a book somewhere (my experience in 3.5E is limited to just over 1 yr playing a bard and a couple of sessions playing a cleric in a new game, so I don't have many Ranger sourcebooks on hand).

There's another feat in Masters of the Wild that will let you take a third attack at a -10 penalty, once your Base attack bonus is +15. I don't know what that's like updated to 3.5, though. You might be able to find it in Complete Warrior

You get 3 attacks total at this point. Two for your +6/+1 and another (third) for your two weapon fighting off-hand.
