Where or When do you come up with your best ideas ??

I come up with my best ideas in the shower.

Being a writer, I get writer's block at times, so I usually stop, jump in the car, and go for a drive into town and do some shopping, I usually think of something whilst in the car...kinda weird eh?
The other thing that helps me out is to take the dogs for a walk, guess that's more normal although bouncing ideas off the dogs ain't....lol

Usually between the time I wake up and the time I get out of bed. I just never remember the great ideas.

My absolutely best ideas have come from dreams, wonderfully musical dreams. And when I open my eyes I wonder how this high celestial music can possibly be played on such crude Earthly instruments.

When I'm alone with time to think is my where (anywhere works when I'm alone), and my when is usually at night. The hours between 3am and sunrise are my favorite :)
