Well if it was murder, I think being scared outta his mind for years is ounishment enough, he shouldn't have to spend his little bit of life yet in jail. C'mon 95, thats old and should just be left alone, but if it were my family member I still wouldn/t want him in jail.

If we observe Equal Opportunities for all, a 95 year old should be given the same sentence as a younger person. The treatment that person recieves whilst serving time may differ, but the sentence should reflect the crime. Sounds harsh. What's his mental age? Is he of sane mind?

If you are old enough to do the crime, you are old enough to do the time. Doesn't matter if you are 13 or 103.

I didn't see it. I bet he robbed a drug store lol. He won't last long in jail though.
