Honey,
A Mom will walk across fire for you.
15 is hard to employee you for many many reasons.

First- Take the "MOM" repay thing off the table. Talk to her, and trade with her. I know that if you plan a "day of repay" agree on a price per hour, then do the "honey do list" from cleaning the floors by hand or going to get the car detailed or mowing the yard. Do it with JOY. you are so blessed!

If Mom works then- learn to cook. Get a $20 crockpot and be the chef two nights a week or more. Its not hard, just takes time.
Be brave!

So create a JOB! I could so use a person like you.
I need a baby sitter for two nights a week, and on saturday mornings. I am not alone!

Since you stay at home with the baby girl, take one or two more.
Other Mom's can seriously make you a better mom.

ASK your mother first.
Make it from 5-10pm only- week nights, that way you can have them bring dinner for the kiddo and clean and ready for bed, $6 per kid per hour. or a flat $25 for a night. It will add up fast.
Two Saturdays a month 8-12. Like a Mother's Day Out. They bring lunch and you nap pads.

Do that for a few days and then see if it works for you.

Daycare is about $200+ a week for you now.
When you turn 18 or this summer.

This summer, get a "real" job, because others will be able to help you watch your daughter. Its better to get an evening job, why? It requires less daycare work. You get her feed and in bed clothes, only a diaper change away from bedtime. Leave a bottle and your on the go.

Contact your highschool, get that Highschool diploma! NO GED.
You need to get that diploma. Many people are there to help you. Just do it. College is required to support that baby the best way.
Work hard, look in her eyes and work HARDER!

aww how sweet of your mom and sweet of you to pay her back
:-)

well, try looking up some local places such as:

coffee shops
cafes
diners
day cares (which can help with your baby)
temp places where you can fill in
ice cream places

i worked at baskin robins and got 8 dollars an hour!

try small stuff. its hard cause your only 15. i would suggets baby sitting (no pun intended) because that rolls in big cash.

also: try selling some stuff on amazon or ebay that you dont need; old clothes, old books, toys, furniture

last month i got $40 for a pair of jeans an old t-shirt.

try your best and bets of luck to you!

When i was 15, this was 7 yrs ago, the only place i could get a job was at chik-fil-A. Most places you have to be 16. Congrats on the new baby, and good for you taking responsiblity and acknowledging that your mom has done so much.
Hope this helps

Isabella, a fifteen year olds job should be gaining an education. Look into community, state and federal resources to assist you in meeting your child's needs. Before graduation, apply of grants to furthur your education. I am not being judgemental, and this is not impossible. My close friend had a baby at fifteen. She finished school, went to college and now has a great job.

If your really desperate you can try working at a fast-food restaurant. Or a clothing store. Just start applying to a lot of stores and restaurants until you get some feedback.

You need to get a permit. Anyone under the age of 16 who has a legitimate reason to work can get one. Contact the local labor board.
