My bankruptcy is all most paid off and I would like to purchase a home. Own a home with my first husband and lost it. Would like to find a split level single home without any down payment and no closing cost.

If there's a question here, I don't know what it is.

If you are still in bankruptcy you cannot buy a house. Im guessing you are in a 13? You would have to wait until you are finished and see if a lender would ever let you borrow, most lenders wont if they know you just got out of a bankruptcy.

You are making the same mistake that most people make. You are going head on after what you want. You need to get the property right away that you can get. Develop that property so that the mortgage payments are returned when you sell.

This tactic will put you in a stronger financial position for when the property you really want comes up for sale.

no money down and no closing costs? you'll be looking at bankruptcy again. it doesn't sound like you have money to buy or maintain a house. why not save up some money first and then look into buying a house. dont rush into it, make your home purchase a blessing and not a curse.

Well.....There are lenders that will and can get you into a home. The question is, Can you stay in there? Take it slow, re-build your credit, save some money. Being in Bk you get a custom will the week payments that are mandatory, verses having to pay your bill by yourself(discipline needed) WAIT SAVE SHOP BUY!!
