my coach really coaches me really hard!! and after prafctice my muscles tend to b really sore...can somebody help cure them so i can b ready 4 da nxt practice??

Your sore muscles is the result of latic acid build up.Take a hot soaking bath, then, while the muscles are still warm from the bath do some gentle stretching exercises to prevent stiffening up. When muscles ache we don't like to move, but without movement we get stiff and ache more, so exercise is the cure for sore muscles.

Don't forget to stretch before AND after practice and drink lots of water.

You are getting sore muscles from soccer because either a) your cleats are too tight or b) you are not warming up and cooling down before playing soccer. Both warming up prior to the game and cooling down after the game with repetitive exercises is extremely important to prevent sore muscles. Once you have sore muscles, there's not much that you can do about them. You can try soaking in a jacuzzi or a hot bath, putting a heating pad on the sore muscles, or rubbing odor free Bengay on them. Take a supplement that has glucosamine and chondritin in it, such as Move Free Advanced, and in the future, try to prevent the muscles from getting sore instead of trying to treat them once they are already sore.

Heat pads will help to relax the muscles. 15 minutes with the heat on, 15 minutes off, repeat. If that doesn't work after an hour or so take and Advil or two. As your body gets used to these work out the muscle pain will stop naturally (typically takes about two weeks of training) Good luck with you training. Keep up the hard work!!

Make sure you warm up and stretch prior to activity, then do a cool down afterwards with some stretching. Ice down sore muscles for 20 minutes afterwards then use heat later to loosen muscles. Drink plenty of fluids and get rest. Once your body starts getting used to the workouts you will notice that you are not as sore anymore.

Make sure you always stretch before and after practice. This will decrease the chances of pulling a muscle, rather than just tiring them out and making them sore. Also, try to eat a lot of protein, it is what builds muscles up after they get broken down by working out.

You have to remember to stretch before and after a workout.

I think put cold and heat to the muscle like under the shower alternate between hot water and freezing water

Ice it for 20 min. and take a motrin.
Try magnets too off fridge
(keep frozen bottles in fridge for quick cures)

its lactic acid that built up in your muscles. the best thing is to sweat it out either in a sauna, or by running. and drink lots of water.
