math skills, and knowledge, do you feel that what you learned or and know is really sufficent for your needs

not asking to return to school, do the math skills if any you learned in hs and or college serve you well, what i am really trying to say here is, do people with little or no math skills even what was considered adequet and good skills fifty or thirty years ago, feel so what, that they do not feel at a loss,in work or life in gereral? Is this question understood?

Math skills at their most basic level teach and hone your analysis and logic skills. These are probably some of the most fundamental skills needed to be successful today. Knowledge in general serves to broaden your scope and open new possibilities. What you learn in high school and college will put you in the league with people that have that knowledge also... substantially improving your odds at being successful.

Math is needed everyday. Its needed at the basic grocery store. Knowing how much your giving and what you should get in return. Many, use math to figure out their checkbooks. Many use math to figure out their income and what they owe. I never cared for math, many fear math. However, if I was never taught math I would not of been able to figure out the average things people do that require average math skills. People who choose a job that more advanced math is needed, will have benefited from the algebra and calculus classes.

I think basic math skills you learned in HS are sufficient.
The problem is that if you dont learn the math skills then it can be hurtful to on the job.

My math skills are good. I am in my late 50's, but they are not good enough for my needs. I have always used math in figuring out things my whole life long and even though I am good, I still struggle.

I not often ever positioned on any or have any yet to each and each his own, i like to be common because of the fact it feels extra mushy to me. If somebody likes something else this is his/her determination. as quickly as I see such adjustments in hair, clothing, makeup and jewellery at present it makes me think of everybody is now and lower back asserting "i do no longer care what each individual else thinks considering you mustn't choose me by way of the way i glance" or in different words "you do no longer comprehend me" and now and lower back it is annoying to look previous all that stuff that rather shouldn't rely and get to renowned those human beings. i think of now and lower back they suspect that those that can't look previous appearances are human beings they do no longer prefer to renowned them besides, even nevertheless now and lower back i think of which may be style of a opposite discrimination on their section.
