If you have stairs anywhere nearby jump down them barefoot and then fall on your ankle, if it snaps and hurts like hell you did it correctly if not try again. This is what happened to me except not on purpose I was off my foot for a week and unable to work out or do any athletics for a month( as requested by a doctor).

just so you know, from an athletic trainer who fixes these things. You REALLY do not want to sprain your ankle. If you injure your ankle badly enough, you can actally TEAR the ligaments in your ankle. A sprained ankle will take you 6-8 weeks to heal if it is a minor sprain. A bad sprain can actually take longer to heal than a broken bone, so breaking the bones in the ankle would actually be a better option, but I am quite sure you really don't want that much attention just to get out of gym class. Use your head, and just get over the fact that you HAVE to go to gym... you may just suprise yourself and find out that you enjoy it, if you would give it a chance.

well i no you dont want anyone to say it stupid.
So i wont,
But can you not just forge a letter or something?
I am 14 and have torn my ligaments and stretched them in my ankle twice, thats what spraining an ankle is.
Now it swells up with the slightest of running.
Its not a good thing to do, I love sport and my ankle will never be the same again, just stubb your toe and get one of your parents to right a note. Or forget your kit. A lot simpler.

Spraining your ankle is actually really painful, but if you want to get out of gym that bad, then you could try running fast and without stopping turn your ankle different ways. Its not easy to injure yourself like that on purpose. (I don't know if I should wish you good luck though!) Maybe you should try to sprain your ankles during gym.

You could slip and have Ur and go backwards as far as it can and that should sprain it bad enough for u not to be able to walk easy on it. This what I did but on accident in the rain and I slipped and sprained my ankle bad.

i have sprained my ankle multiple times and the things i did were:
*turn your ankle inwards and get a sibling to step on you
*run and roll your ankle over
*hit it with a hard object such as a controller on the bone
these worked for me

You know it really hurts, right? And you'll have to walk around on crutches which hurt under your arms and make you all sweaty? Sorry, but that's one of the silliest things I've ever heard. Hope you don't turn that into a broken ankle. Grow up and go to class like everyone else has to.

lay down and place a piece of lumber between your ankles and have your friend slamb on one ankle with a sledge hammer....that ought to take care of it all.....just like in the movie misery..... then you do your friends and tell your teacher you both fell off a horse.
