It's not how much you're eating it's what you're eating. Keep a list of everything you eat each day for a week. You will most likely start to see a pattern. Just limit or avoid those foods all together. See a doctor if you are really worried.

CoS U GoT GaS GiRL!!! lol nah try to not drink soda too much and tone it down with the spicy, garlicky strong smelling foods and you'll be right. at least you can fart.......... i dont remember the last time i did! lol

You might be lactose intolerant. Next time you have dairy, pay attention and see if the farting increases. If it does, then you could be lactose intolerant, but see a doctor to confirm that.

don't worry, your not the only one, i fart alot, just don't eat alot of beans, or garlic...those are the most things that make you fart..trust me i do it all the time!!! Hope it work. I you wanna emila me you can..if you have aymore questions..kk
