I'm 14 years old. 5'6, and weigh about 120 lbs.

what kinds of exercises do u think will help me get in shape for basketball? Or exercise equipment i should be using?

push up, wieght training, and a lot of running.

Run, run, run. You want to be the guy still going circles around everyone in the last five minutes of the game, when everyone else is sucking wind.

Being young enough that your body is still developing, I wouldn't advise that you strength train too much. And if you do, train for flexibility rather than raw power- more reps at lower settings.

And, of course, remember to stretch. The worst kind of injury for a basketball player is a pulled leg muscle, or a sprained ankle.
