I'm looking for a good website to search for home forclosures. It seems like there are so many out there. Is there one that is better than the others? Thanks.

you might want to try HUD and VA, they have the MOST foreclosed homes; check out http://www.hmbireo.com or http://www.hud.gov and click on housing

What state are you looking to buy a forclosure property? Reason I ask, is I took a application today and my client is in forclosure, he is looking to sell, looking into a short sale (if the lender will agree to it), Home is 3 bedroon, 2 bath, 3 car garage, sitting on 2 acres, in Kokomo, IN. for 155,000 will get him out of the fc - unless they do a short sale. If interested, e-mail me thru here.

You are looking in the wrong place. All of those sites just want to sell you information.

Foreclosures are at your County Real Estate Tax office. You may go to the County next door, but doing foreclosures that are 2 & 3 states away is a poor way to go.

You can check it out at the county auditor website of your county. (not sure what state your looking in)
