Yes I do! I really have a lot of compassion and care about people and don't like to see anyone sad so I will try my very best to cheer them up and get a smile from them and hope that some how I made a difference and hope that they will have a better day.

Yes, I usually always have a smile for everyone I come across face to face wherever I go. It makes me feel good when they smile back :)

I smile at everybody... (some people seem to smile back sympathetically... so I might look like an idiot doing so), I hope that I brighten somebodies day by doing that.

Sure do unless it's someone I'm p*ssed for this reason or that. Then I laugh at their misery. Then feel guilty later on for laughing at someone who is miserable.
