how do u sign in with more than 1 adress at the same time? PLEASE HELP

You don't, unless you have 2 installed in different partitions.
But thats kind of dumb.

Go there, download the link that says msn 8 polygamy patch. After you sign into msn with one account. Click your icon again and it brings up the messenger, just sign in with your other accounts. You can do this up to 8 times I think.

Its easy.
I assume you have msn messenger, one of the newer versions. You sign in to that. like normal.
Then you go to the start menu, then all programs. Somewhere in the menu you should find the Windos messenger, the default messenger that comes with windows. Click on that, and it will open up the messenger. Sign into that, and you will then be in 2 accounts at once... except one of them will be the newer verions and one will be the older vesion.

Or make a free account on Meebo.com by the way you should go to Meebo anyways it is an awesome IM site that is VERY handy at friends houses.
