i have visited some sites on webb and they all say the same thing.that it is achip under the skin(same sort that we micro chip our animals with?.and that it is to be planted in right hand or forehead because they only work there something to do with the heat and lithium battery in chip...................if true we nrrd to wake up to what is going on around us,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,it could affect us in the near futer?

The book of Revelations does not say what the mark is.But the beast received the power of the Dragon(chapter 12through 13).Then comes the false prophet as a slave to the beast.
The Dragon ,Beast and the False prophet are to make war on those who follow God's commandments and have in themselves the witness of Jesus.
The idea of a microchip implanted on a person is of recent origin.And would be more like the census or your social security number. to keep track of the number and location of the people on the earth. And also you would need it to get the bare necessities of life. Another form of social security.If that comes to pass.To accomplish this a world government would need to be established.
The number of the Beast is a different matter . It has become known as 666. in numerology it would break down to three sixes equal 18. 8+1=9 . Which is also the number of man and God.
And yes there are people at work trying to start a world government.Mostly rich people.

the number of the beast in mythology generaly refers to the number 666 apearing like a scar on the head.
have you never seen the film the omen?
i think it was the omen that can best ilistrate this point. it is an opld film but it serves a purpose.
Iron maiden sang a song called "the number of the beast" or at least i think they did.
what you are refering to the chips well that is i guess the modern sceptics or idiots who predict that one day we will all have a microchip inserted somewhere in our bodies.
this rumour or myth of the chip probably got started after that university professor (i forget his name) had a micro chip inserted under his skin and sensors around the lab and or university that detected his movements and he programed the computer do do different tasks depending on where he was.
but why are they all so worried anyway? we have pets electronically microchipped and some other wild animals as well.
the next logical step would be to microchip all humans or may be just criminals then link to GPS so you could be monitored 24/7.
I should say the micro chip in humans in my opinion will never become a reality, though who knows. we make get a ba***d government that introduce a compulsory tagging say to replace the passport as we know it, or may be as i said above just to track convicted criminals (to replace the fashion accessories the state provides for any self respecting criminal)
but what do i know.
the point is the number of the beast originaly refered to the number 666 which is said to be the sign of the devil. by those who believe in that sort of thing.
personally i don't.

Well in the Book of Revelation it states that the mark of the beast is 666. It does not state that it is a chip! It distinctly states " the mark of the beast" But, then again, it just maybe be a chip that is inserted into the forehead or the arm.
People are being chipped as we speak. Animals already being chipped to keep track of their where abouts.. So there it is...

To be honest we do not really know. The bible says that its 666.
But as for your micro chips, I do not know, as back in the 1980's the same was thourght about the bar codes, as everything is barcoded these days including your medical records.
The micro chip idea is being played with at the moment, but there is another system which uses you own eyes that is being tested as no one unless they rip your eye out then fake being you or me!

The mark of the beast is six hundred three score and six. A score is equal to 20 so the mark you will look for is 666.
This mark will be given on the right hand or forehead.
The passage that refers to this is Revelations, Chapter 13 Verse 18. But to get the full background to this, one should read the preceding verses of that same chapter.
