There is no such thing as hermaphroditism in humans. Even if there were, you would have no way of impregnating yourself or anyone else because you would be functionally and structurally sterile. Nice try trolling though.

since hermaphrodites never truly have both sets of fully working male or femal parts the answer is no not to mention the required dna of a partner to complete the proprosed offsprings full compliment of dna soldiers in the wazoo hole of the baby barn

Not usually as a hermaphrodite's penis is usually unable to achieve full erection and usually has no testes, and their vagina usually has no clitoris. Hermaphrodites are never able to reproduce.
