cause he's a dork, well that and he's trying to be nice to keep your loyalty to his store. the guy at the liquor store down from my place is arabic and he always mocks me by acting like the fonz when i come in. it is hilarious. you should see this guy.

I don't know.. I'm a woman... (who frequents liquor stores too) and I get called "boss" too... It seems to be a kind of slang.. like "bro" or "******" or "homeboy" ...

Is he from the Middle East? I dunno, the two guys that own ours calls my hubby that too..weirdness... I've noticed I'm not "boss"...maybe theyve noticed that in most marriages here in the States,the WOMAN is in charge and these guys are being completely sarcastic and laughing behind your backs... :)
