Include her in your normal activities if she's interested. If you have new activities since you knew her before, see if she wants to join in. Introduce her to your new friends.
You don't have to spend all your time with her, of course.

My advice would be to have lunch with her. See how the conversation goes. If you feel a spark, go with it. If not, fart and then leave the table.

spend a whole day with her and see how she has changed...talk a lot about how you have changed and maybe she will say how she has....that is what i did when i was i you situation...i worked well we are best friends. eventhough we have changed.
