Of Course!! But they have a good coach as well.. IF you recall that was a heck of a deal for Dungy. HE was let go because the owner of TB had a hard on for the Raider's Coach and Indy was there to scoop up Dungy. What a deal for the Hoosier Team!!

They won the Super Bowl with Jon Gruden. Dungy, as great a coach as he is, hasn't done that yet.
They're a team in transition right now, and they would be regardless of whether or not Dungy stayed on, with their defensive mainstays getting older.

Yes. Gruden may have gotten them to the super bowl the year after he left but Dungy laid the foundation for that. That was more Dungy than Gruden.

I don't really think so.Dungy got them to the playoffs a few times but they never won it all under him.Gruden was able to get them to the Super Bowl and whip Oakland.

no. because tony dungy will never win anything. he is a choker as much as his little peyton manning whos that harrisons lova. they break records together, shower together, go to bed together, and even screw the same horse together.
