OMG this question made me laugh so hard....While we all know it isn't "ALL" blacks, there are quite a few that do....and i do NOT know what they are saying either! LMFAO

I wouldn't say it's black people, I say it's everywhere and everyone. It's a way of speaking, a bad habit they picked up. Others might say "uh" or "you know" or something else.
There are many people who are to lazy to speak properly and don't enunciate their words properly, like......
dat instead of that
tanks instead of thanks
bof instead of both
It's lazy talk and you'll find it in all races and cultures.
What about those people who are too lazy to write correctly?
