i have this problem. my pants always rise up. low rise doesn't help because my behind is higher than most people. i can't find pants that are comfortable.

try apple bottoms pants i have that problem also and the jeans work!

Well, I mostly shop at Value City and Wal-Mart. But I make my own clown costumes. My clown pants are supper comfortable, because the costume, shown in my Avatar, is based on Gi pattern for a martial art uniform. No one can tell of course.

old navy has pants for ppl tall and curvy, and high-waisted pants :)
