Pink Houses.
No question about that one. I also like Check It Out.
But Pink Houses I never get tired of

Poohbear,
Have you listened his new CD? It's some of his best stuff in many years.
I remember as a child lying on the floor of my brother-in-law's bar playing Jack and Diane over and over on the jukebox. Human Wheels is also very good. The whole CD is good and very underrated in my opinion. I have adopted I Need a Lover as my theme song. Also love Ain't Even with the Night, Rain on the Scarecrow, Key West Intermezzo, Void in my Heart... well I could go on and on.

I agree with the first answerer....it is definitely Pink Houses. I remember my dad playing it on the guitar when I was a little girl. I really love that song.

"Ain't that America" and "Hurts so Good" are my favorites, but "Jack and Diane" always makes me smile and remember my teen years.
