Right now i have a Fantail Goldfish and I have been playing a lot of Fish tycoon lol (loser) and in the game u crossbread different kinds of fish.
So i was think i should do that.
So I was wondering can i have a Peralscale mate with my Fantail??
If not why?

You can breed any goldfish with any other goldfish as long as 1 is male and 1 is female. You can even breed goldfish with koi, they look ugly but it has been done. The only thing that will happen is you will has a lot of mutts. I think there are already enough goldfish out there and most are suffering by being kept in bowls so unless you can find good homes for the 100+ babies they will have then you shouldn't breed them.

The goldfish is a carp and can be bred with any carp species. The different kinds of goldfish are mutations that have come about from inbreeding the fish. Some types of goldfish will breed better than others and if you mix the genes too much you risk low fry count as well as deformities.

u can corssbread with :
shubunkin and common/comet goldfish
fantail with oranda etc. which have double tail
