Tough call. Both are very elegant style.
In my opinion I like the two door. If I had a use for the extra two doors or I perceived hauling many on my friends around then I would pop for the four door.
This is the first time in the US to have a civic four door SI so resale value is tough to track. But in the past the two doors have kept their value very good.
Have a good time in your new CIVIC!

Definatly the coupe. But it is annoying only having 2 doors. if you drive 2or more people around, i would get the sedan. To the person who said to buy a GM, the Cobalt's resale value is crap. I could buy a 2005 for 6000. I know its affordable but people payed 15000 for that last year! and pontiac is overrated

personally, i don't like foreign cars. GM has supported my family for generations. If u want a good alternative, try a Chevrolet Cobalt SS (~$15,000 USD) or a Pontiac G5. If you are daring, try a Ford Mustang, but those are pricey... If ur fine with used, you will be certain to get a great deal on a 2000-2002 Chevy Camaro: maybe $6000 USD tops?
