I have recently set up a yahoo email for my cousin. We find that he can send emails but is unable to receive them. Whenever I send an email to him I receive a failure notice stating that he does not have a registered account. Is there any way that this can be resolved, and how can we contact yahoo? All help much appreciated.

Check Firewall program if any.
1, For assistance with all Yahoo! services, please visit:

2. Ask your cousin to send an email to himself
and copy to you and check
whether it is received by him.
3. Check the Options in Yahoo Mail. ( right hand corner )
4. When you send a reply, choose REPLY
instead of Compose. If email received by him
you have not stored his address correctly in Address folder.
